The warp knitting polyester grille is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament. First, the filament is woven by the warp-knitted oriented method and becomes the mesh grey fabric, and then the fabric is smeared and becomes the geogrid. The intersection is combined with high-strength fiber filament to form a firm node. Compared with general woven, non-woven, synthetic and other geotextiles, it is superior in performance and is known as “fiber soft steel bar”.

Ⅲ.Product Uses
1. Railroad slag protection: Due to train vibration,wind and rain, the slag is lost. The geogrid is used to wrap the slag to prevent the loss of slag and improves the stability of roadbed.
2. Railway retaining wall: Geogrid is used to reinforce the retaining wall on the side of railway. For example, the grille can extend the service life of stalls on the platform of the railway station and reduce the maintenance costs.
3. Reinforced retaining wall: Adding the geogrid to the side of road and the inside of vertical retaining wall can improve the bearing capacity of retaining wall.
4. The foundation of the abutment is generally easy to sink downwards, and there is a phenomenon of jumping. The geogrid is laid under the foundation of abutment to improve the bearing capacity and stabilize the abutment.
