The steel-plastic composite geogrid is made of high-strength steel wire (or other fiber). The high-strength steel wire is specially treated with polyethylene (PE) and other additives, that is, they are extruded into a composite high-strength tensile strip with rough embossing surface, namely a high-strength reinforced geobelt. The single belts are established according to a certain distance in the longitudinal or transverse direction or arranged by clamping, and then they are welded by a fusion welding technique with capacity of special strengthening bonding to form a reinforced geogrid.
