Ⅰ.Production Introduction
Unidirectional tensile geogrid is formed by extruding a high-polymer into a thin board, then punching a regular hole-mesh, and finally longitudinally stretching. In this process, the polymer is oriented in a linear state and forms a long elliptical network-like monolithic structure with uniform distribution and high node strength. This type of structure has a relatively high tensile strength and tensile modulus. Especially, this kind of products in our company have a very high starting point (the stretch rate is 2%-5%) of the international level. The tensile modulus of tensile strength provides the soil with the ideal force bearing and diffusive chain system. The product has high tensile strength (>150MPa) and is suitable for various soils. It is a widely used reinforcement material at present.

Ⅲ.Uses
Unidirectional tensile geogrid is suitable for the construction of railways, highways, ports and reinforced retaining walls, dams and steep slopes on the coast of rivers and lakes. It can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the project, prolong the service life, reduce the floor space, facilitate the construction, shorten construction cycle, decrease cost, and greatly cut down maintenance costs.
