Ⅰ.Product Introduction
Polyethylene corrugated drain pipe is made of polyethylene (PE) with other additives to form a new type of corrugated plastic seepage pipe, which is divided into single and double-wall perforated bellows. It has the advantages of light weight, high pressure resistance, excellent bending performance and easy construction, etc.
Since the pipe hole of the product is rectangular in the trough, the disadvantages of flat hole product being easily blocked and affecting the drainage effect are effectively overcome. For different drainage requirements, the size of the pipe hole can be divided into 10mm × 1mm-30mm × 3mm, and the pipe hole can be distributed in the range of 360 degrees, 270 degrees, 180 degrees, 90 degrees, etc. The product is widely used in drainage fields such as road and railway subgrades, subway projects, waste landfills, tunnels, green belts, sports fields and slope protection caused by high water content, etc.
Ⅱ.Main Characteristics
1. Drainage safety: The orifice is located in the trough. Due to the two-way action of wave crest and filter fabric, the orifice is not easy to block, and the opening area is up to 116cm2/linear metre. This ensures the smoothness of permeation system.
2. Plastic products are light in weight, good toughness, and are not easy to age when being buried in the soil.
3. The organic combination of strength and flexibility: unique double-bellow structure effectively improves the external pressure strength of product. The the drainage effect of drainage system is not affected by deformation caused by external pressure.
4. Economic type: Compared with other drainage pipes of the same caliber, the selling price is lower.
