Ⅰ.Product Introduction


The HDPE drainage board is made of a polyethylene plastic bottom board which is stamped into a conical protuberant platform (or hollow cylindrical porous). The top surface of conical protuberant platform is glued with a layer of filter geotextiles  to prevent the passage of dirt particles, thereby avoiding blocking of the drainage channel and making the hole channel drain smoothly. The traditional drainage method uses brick, stone and tiles as the guided filter layer, and uses cobblestones or gravel as the filter layer in most cases to discharge the water to the designated place. The use of drainage boards instead of cobblestone filter layer to drain water saves time, effort, energy, investment, and reduces buildings’ loads.


Ⅱ.Product Characteristics


(Resistance to root puncture) A good drainage system plays an important role in the construction cycle of the civil engineering and the normal use and service life of the structure. The 12mm of drainage board and the porous water-seepage pipe form an effective drainage system. The cylindrical drainage board and geotextiles  also form a drainage system, that is, a system with water seepage, water storage and drainage functions.

Ⅳ.Product Uses


Garden engineering: green drainage of garage roof, green drainage of roof garden, anti-seepage water of underground indoor wall, and the engineering of underground garage floor and bathing site;


Construction engineering: the anti-seepage for the upper or lower layer of the building foundation and the ground in the basement, the anti-seepage and the insulation layer of the roof, etc.


Ⅴ.  Laying procedures of HDPE drainage board:


1. Clean up the garbage at the laying site, level the cement, and make the site have no obvious bumps, and make the 2-5 miles of slope in the outdoor garage roof and roof garden.


2. Roof greening and underground garage roof greening can be used together with porous seepage pipes, so that the water discharged from the drainage board can be concentratedly discharged to nearby sewer pipes or nearby city sewers.


3. Anti-seepage of the ground floor in the basement:building the stilts above floor foundation, that is, before the floor is done, a layer of drainage board is formed. The rounded platform is down and there is a blind ditch around it, so that the groundwater does not come. The seepage water naturally flows into the surrounding blind ditch through the space of the drainage board, and then flows into the sump through the blind ditch.


4. The underground indoor wall is impervious to water.The drainage board can be laid on the main wall of the building. The rounded platform faces the main wall, and a layer of single wall is used outside the drainage board or the steel mesh-powder cement is used to protect the drainage board. The water in the space of the seepage board outside the wall flows straight down into the blind ditch and directly into the sump.


5. When laying drainage boards in any area, the wastes such as dirt, cement, and yellow sand, etc.cannot be allowed to enter the front space of the drainage board, so that the space of the drainage board is clear.


6. When the drainage board is laid, protect as much as possible. If the drainage board is laid on the level or outdoor garage, backfill should be done as soon as possible to prevent the wind from blowing up the drainage board to affect the laying quality; the basement and interior wall waterproofing should be protected as soon as possible. The layer prevents the drainage board from being damaged by people or objects.


7. The backfill is cohesive soil. It is ideal to lay 3-5 cm of yellow sand on the geotextiles , which is beneficial to the drainage of geotextiles . If the backfill is a nutrient or light soil, there is no need to lay a new layer of yellow sand.Because the soil itself is very loose and easy to filter water.


8. When the drainage board is laid, it is overlapped with the edge by 5-10cm. The top is covered with geotextiles . As long as there is no dirt to enter the drainage channel of the drainage board, the drainage can be kept clear.
